The fourth addon of World of Warcraft was announced - Mists of Pandaria, including three main features. To keep it short:
1. The Pandaren are the new races, cute and nice ones to the Horde, and dark and rough Pandaren to the Alliance
2. The level cap was raised to level 90. The old one was at 85.
3. A new class, the Monk. He's a Tank, Healer, or Melee DPS, depending on your skills
4. A Pet Battle System, meaning you can level your pets and fight each other. Just like in Pokemon.

Seems kinda cheap and un-blizzard to have the same race twice, but I've looked into this less as I've not played WoW since a little after TBC came out.
At least a new class, finally, tosses the game up a little more then it's been before.
still never played this one.
Cant say this will bring me back after the horrid cataclysm expac, ill be too busy being a jedi in the new Star wars mmo
