The Playstation Blog has presented Drake's antagonist, Katherine Marlowe, the villian, the enemy of Drake in Uncharted 3 - Drake's Deception. She's the leader of a secret organization and is way more scheming than Drake's old antagonist. Release of Uncharted 3 is Nov 1, 2011 for Playstation 3.

The game was recently announced (Uncharted 3 announced) and now a new gameplay video was released for Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception on youtube. It shows the demo level which is shown to the press at the moment on certain events, but with lack of quality.
