Crysis 2 will get a DLC, content unknown.
A few rumors were spread about a possible DLC (downloadable content) for Crysis 2 some weeks ago. Now this is confirmed. The japanese website of Electronic Arts for Crysis 2, crysis.jp/crysis2, shows in the menu in the bottom right-hand corner "DLC". If you want to click on it, the message "Coming Soon" appears, so it's very likely that a first DLC for Crysis 2 will be announced. So far, the content of this DLC is unknown. Also the price is unknown, or if the content will just be available for free.
Crysis 2 will be released on March 22, 2011 in the US and 25 March in Europe, for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

The game hasn't come out yet and they are already announced a DLC? Weird I'd say, but hell, everyone wants money
Everyone has gone apenuts crazy with those DLCs. I seriously can't think of a mainstream game from the past 3 years that hasnt gotten one.
I really like the fact that this game (or at least part of it) is going to take place in an urban environment. Those suit powers were pretty cool in the jungle, him but the effects would be considerably more impressive in the middle of the city!

This game is going to be soo epic. Huge fan of Crysis. I can't wait 2 and a half weeks. I want it now. I really hope they're not messing with us posting that DLC link.

Nice I didn't know Crysis 2 had any DLC planned.
I have a feeling the DLC is more than likely going to hinge on DX11 support. Kind of a bummer, really

Good news, but I think we all were expecting this.
well, if they think they can get more money out of it they will make dlc, so this wasn't all too unexpected

I think too many game do this
They always want to get a bit extra cash but sometimes they are worth it. Should have been just included in the game to stop this ridiculous process
pretty logic with the beta pirated version that ran loose. They've probably cut out certain parts to get their "refund"
